My mentors do connect me with all sorts of inspirations!
This morning I received an email from David Sedaris. Gee. It's more exciting than getting a paycheck from Bezos! Hmm. I sent Christi this sentence because I wanted to impress her, so she may still consider inviting me as a guest to be on her Podcast before the end of the year.
It's just coincidence or am I doing correct: the review I read about David's collection was ranked as his 2004 stories first and then 2000? Honestly, I thought that was my unique book marketing method! And probably I'm going to advertise this current WHICH manuscript that I'm about to close deep, since my first published one was still gaining zero revenue after months.
But, maybe it is not really necessary? I do admire David's lifestyle as an interesting author. Well, it's almost like what I proposed to one of my investors. Excuse me if I sound too bold, because I'm suffering from a running nose and a more severe headache after working 24 hours non-stop two days ago.
David is an awesome prolific author for sure! I just wish I could diet better, regarding the speed at which I am producing books. OMG. 5 within 1 year? And OMG. This is still far away from a real genius that could write 25 books at once! Well, I'm comforting myself to take it easy since, well, I'm a real woman. I only wish every one of my new books could also be "as good as the last" (memoirly of David)!
